Let’s start with the customer, not a feature list. Here is a focused direction to investigate.

A meal planner for busy households

  • Customer: people who decide dinner at the last minute.
  • Problem: planning takes longer than it should.
  • First test: ask five people how they plan their week.

Building a business means making connected decisions. Which problem should you solve? What should you build first? How will people find it, understand it, and choose to buy?

We’re introducing L☰NS, an AI cofounder being developed to help you work through that journey. The goal is to bring opportunity research, product thinking, launch planning, and growth into one founder focused experience.

Start with the idea you have, the product you’re building, or the decision you’re stuck on. L☰NS is designed around a practical next step: a clearer brief, a more focused first version, or an experiment you can learn from.

The interactive experience on this site previews that direction. It uses scripted examples rather than a live AI model. You can explore it now, access the free AI Cofounder Playbook, and join separate macOS and iOS waitlists. Release timing, final capabilities, and pricing will be announced later.

A cofounder for the whole journey

A workspace organised around your business

CofounderOS is the workspace concept behind L☰NS. The preview connects conversations, founder missions, and working documents so an idea can become something you can examine and improve.

Instead of treating research, building, and selling as unrelated tasks, the product direction keeps the customer outcome at the centre. A product decision should connect to the problem it solves. A launch plan should connect to the offer people will actually see.

Start with the conversation you need

You don’t need a polished business plan to explore L☰NS. Begin with a question: which idea is worth testing, what belongs in the first release, or how to reach your first customers.

The macOS and iOS experiences are being developed for different moments in the same founder journey: focused work at your desk and a place to think when you’re away from it. The waitlists let you register interest in either platform or both.

Connect finding, building, selling, and scaling

An attractive market is only the beginning. You still need a useful product, an offer people understand, a way to reach them, and a process for learning from the results.

L☰NS is organised around those four stages. Research informs the product. The product informs the offer. Customer feedback informs the next improvement. The aim is a more connected way to work, with fewer decisions made in isolation.

Use evidence before adding complexity

Competitor offers, customer conversations, and small experiments can help clarify what to try. They do not remove uncertainty or guarantee that a new product will succeed.

The founder workflows emphasise recording assumptions, separating estimates from verified information, and choosing a manageable test. Build only enough to learn what matters next, then review the evidence before expanding.

Keep the founder in the decision

Your judgement still matters. Claims need checking, spending needs a budget, and product choices need a real understanding of the customer. The preview makes review and approval visible parts of the experience.

It does not operate your computer, connect to your accounts, spend money, or publish work. As the product develops, clear boundaries between a suggestion, an approved action, and a completed task are part of the experience we want to create.
