Who to contact

This site is operated by L☰NS, founded by Tom Capone. For questions, access, correction, deletion, withdrawal from a waitlist, or to stop optional email updates, contact hello@l3ns.ai.

What the forms collect

Your name, surname, email, phone number, optional email updates choice, the notice version, and submission time. A waitlist signup also records your chosen platform (macOS or iOS), business type, founder stage, and main goal. These are stored in this site’s private database, not a public directory. You can join either or both platform waitlists.

How the details are used

Founder kit details record your request and provide access. Waitlist details record your interest in the chosen platform and allow L☰NS to contact you by email about access. Your multiple choice answers help us understand demand, plan the product, and group interest by business type, stage, and goal for internal product and marketing research. No automated eligibility or pricing decisions are made by these forms.

Optional product news and promotional email permission is recorded separately. Your phone number does not authorise marketing calls, text messages, or WhatsApp messages. Submitting a form does not immediately send an email or subscribe you to a third party mailing platform.

Storage and service providers

The site runs on OpenAI Sites with a Cloudflare backed database. These infrastructure providers process data to operate the site. Contact records and waitlist answers are not returned by a public API. The forms do not share your details with an advertising platform or CRM.

Browser storage and security

A necessary, HTTP only cookie remembers kit access for 30 days. A separate local preference remembers your light or dark theme. A short lived hash of the request IP address limits repeated submissions. Waitlist answers are not saved to browser storage.

Retention and your choices

Contact and waitlist records remain in the private database until the site owner removes them. You can request deletion or correction through the email address above. You do not need to agree to optional promotional emails to access the kit or join a waitlist.

About the preview

The interactive product demonstrations are scripted. They do not run a live AI model or transmit scenario choices to an AI provider.
